 Q). How do I know whether I am eligible for service?

Please refer to eligibility information provided under each program description or call our Access line at;

Q). How much does it cost?

York Support Services Network is a non-profit organization that receives funding from the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS), and the Ministry of Health, through the Central Local Health Integration Network (CLHIN).  There is no fee for our services. 

Q). What if my needs are urgent and they just cannot wait?

If you feel your needs are urgent and you are experiencing a mental health crisis, you can contact the Community Crisis Response Service by calling 1-855-310-COPE (2673). A crisis response professional is available to provide an urgent response in a variety of critical mental health situations, 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week.
