We offer individualized support through our case management, crisis response, and peer support services and can help you connect to community services.

Mental Health Crisis?—Call or text 1-855-310-COPE (2673), or Chat with us online
Feeling depressed, distressed, lonely, anxious, scared or angry? Can’t cope on your own? We can help. Call or text us at 1-855-310-COPE (2673), and a crisis worker will help you through your mental health crisis. Our crisis phone line is available 24/7. You can also chat with us online. Our text and Live Chat services are available everyday from 7:00 a.m. to midnight.

Help with Recovery

Eligibility and Applying for Services |
To access our mental health services you must be:
- 16 years old and older
- live in York Region or South Simcoe (Crisis Response Service—1.855.310.COPE also serves people living in North York)
- have a mental health need and/or addiction or dual diagnosis (mental health need and/or challenging behaviour and a developmental disability)
Some of our case management services have other eligibility requirements.

We offer crisis response, case management and peer support services. For case management or peer support services you must contact Streamlined Access at 289.340.0348 or toll free 1.844.660.6602, or fill out the online application form to apply for services and supports.
Community Crisis Response—1.855.310.COPE (2673)
Serving York Region, South Simcoe and North York
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, our Community Crisis Response Service—1-855-310-COPE (2673) is available to you 24/7. Your call is completely confidential and you'll be able to share your concerns and speak with one of our crisis workers who will help you through your current situation.
You can also text us at 1-855-310-COPE (2673) or chat with us online. Both our text and Live Chat service are available everyday from 7:00 a.m. to midnight.

Case Management
Serving York Region and South Simcoe
Our case management services encourage you to play an active role in addressing your needs. Our case managers work together with you to assess, plan and implement achievable goals and practical skills. You develop an individualized plan to help you access community resources and reach your desired outcomes, which includes strengthening your social and family supports. We are here to work with you in your journey to recovery.

Streamlined Access

If you are 16 years of age and older, are dealing with a mental health, and/or addiction issue, and/or dual diagnosis, and are living in York Region or South Simcoe, Streamlined Access can help connect you to mental health, addiction, and dual diagnosis services within your community.

Peer Support
Serving York Region and South Simcoe
Our peer support facilitators have been there. They've faced mental health, and/or addiction challenges and have recovered. Offered through our Flexible Supports Intensive Case Management service, Community Crisis Response—1.855.310.COPE (2673) and Streamlined Access, our team of peer support facilitators can help you find hope, empowerment, non-judgmental acceptance and trust.
