A return to near normal!

YSSN is serving people virtually, in community settings, office locations and in people’s homes.

To help ensure everyone’s safety, all visitors will be required to self-screen using our iLobby tablet upon entry and follow posted safety protocols. Please do not visit our offices if you suspect you have been exposed to the COVID-19 virus or are feeling unwell.

When indoors, staff will wear masks when in direct contact with people receiving services and will attempt to maintain six feet of distance as much as possible. Clients are encouraged to wear a mask, which can be provided by YSSN, but this is not a requirement.

When outdoors, masks are not required unless the client prefers it.

Your safety is important to us

As an agency who receives funding from the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS), we fall under a directive requiring mandatory implementation of a COVID-19 vaccination policy.

As of September 23, 2021, all YSSN staff, including new hires, are required to be fully vaccinated. A copy of YSSN’s Vaccination Policy is available here should you require further information.
