Resource Days offer a unique opportunity for you to meet one-on-one with a case manager to discuss and ask important questions related to your situation.

Developmental Services Resource Days

These sessions are for children 4 years and older, and adults who have a developmental disability.

Meet one-on-one with a case manager to discuss and ask important questions related to the developmental services system. The meetings are 60 to 90 minutes in length and are offered in Aurora, Markham, and Vaughan. We can assist you with:

These sessions are for families of children with special needs ages 4 to 18 years old.

Need help understanding what funding options are available for children with special needs? Book a free, 90-minute session with a case manager to discuss and ask important questions related to your situation.

These sessions are for anyone 16 years and older, who does not currently have case management support and needs help figuring out mental health resources and how to access available services in York Region and South Simcoe.

Once a month you can book a 60-minute appointment to speak with a case manager so that you can get help with:
